You will receive:

Reserved name of the PI;

Prepared documents of the PI establishment.

Additional costs:

Public Institution “Registrų centras” (eng. Center of Registers) 58 EUR;

Notary 85-170 EUR;

Stamp 20-30 EUR (not required).

You will need:

To submit the founding documents to the notary;

To deliver confirmed documents to the Public Institution “Registrų centras” (eng. Center of Registers);

To pick up the registered establishment documents of the PI from the Public Institution “Registrų centras” (eng. Center of Registers);

To make a company’s stamp (not required).

Establishment of the Public Institution company online FOR THOSE WHO ESTABLISH ONLINE EKO (the service is provided to individuals, that have an electronic signature issued in Lithuania)
